Jethro Wood

The First Iron Plow with interchangable was invented by Jethro Wood.  Since it was made of iron, it was heavy so oxen had to drag it through the field.  Wood designed the plow so parts could be replaced with others insead of purchacing an entire new plow.  Mostly made of wood, the plow's only iron part was the blade.

Although the iron plow made farming easier, many more new inventions would make farming even easier.
